Singaraja- Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) cooperated with the Buleleng Regency Government to prepare the Architecture and Map plan of the Electronic-Based Government System or Sistem Pemerintah Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) for 2024-2028. This cooperation was followed up with a discussion of the preliminary report, which took place on Thursday (23/2/2023).
The SPBE Architecture and Map Plan preparation involved a research team from the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational. The discussion of the preliminary report was attended by the Regional Secretary of Buleleng Regency, I Gede Suyasa, M.Pd, along with the Head of the Regional Apparatus Organization within the Buleleng Regency Government.
The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Gede Sudirtha, S.Pd., M.Pd., said that based on the agreement, the work period on this project is six months. The end of this work is a scientific journal manuscript and executive summary. He emphasized that preparing the architecture and map plan of the SPBE is more than just a cooperation agreement to fulfill work demands. But more on the appreciation from the Buleleng Regency Government to the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Undiksha to jointly contribute to the development of everything or the interests of the community and the development of the Buleleng community. “Undiksha, one of the academic institutions in Buleleng, is always ready to contribute and collaborate to support the policies implemented by the Buleleng Regional Government. Through this collaboration, we always hope it can be done sustainably,” he said.
In this opportunity also conveyed that the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Undiksha houses various study programs, both educational and non-educational. In the future, it is hoped that other collaborations can be established in accordance with the field of study. “We, as one of the faculties at Undiksha, in addition to managing engineering study programs, we also have a study program that specifically produces teachers in high schools who have work in the engineering field. Maybe we are ready to collaborate with the various human resources we have,” he added.
Buleleng Regional Secretary, I Gede Suyasa, said that SPBE had been stipulated through Presidential Regulation 65/2018. In 2022, Buleleng Regency’s SPBE index was quite good at 3.03. Improvement efforts continue to be made, with the support of good architecture and plan maps.
In general, SPBE architecture and plans in the future are expected to have an impact on performance effectiveness and efficiency. As well as service systems that are still managed in each OPD, they can be centralized and accessed easily in the future. “With SPBE, the goal is to make it easier for the government to carry out governance, both efficiency issues, planning, budgeting, and program effectiveness,” he concluded.
