Singaraja- Several lecturers and employees at the Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) received a Government Employee Decree with a Work Agreement (PPPK), on Monday (4/3/2024). Undiksha Chancellor, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M, Pd, who immediately handed over the decree, invited everyone to become trendsetters. “To be able to give your best side and bring out the best dimensions of yourself, don’t make a choicefollowers. Through this opportunity, he also encouraged lecturers to provide the best evidence for the university through the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Education and Teaching, Research, and Community Service. Apart from that, you can also continue your education to doctoral level (S3) by choosing a study program that suits your competencies and main tasks. “The minimum requirement for a lecturer is a master’s degree. Don’t be minimal,” he said.
Meanwhile, for employees, the Chancellor, who once served as Dean of the Undiksha Faculty of Economics, also asked them to show their best performance and be able to provide excellent service per their main duties and functions. “The positions of PPPK and PNS are the same.
