Apart from sports competitions, the 26th Undiksha Anniversary event was also enlivened with art competitions. Like the karaoke competition which was held on Friday, January 11, 2019. It took place at the Undiksha Auditorium and started at 09.00 WITA until the afternoon. The competition was divided into several types, namely solo Balinese pop, Indonesian pop duet, solo Indonesian pop, and solo pop dangdut which was participated by all faculties throughout Undiksha. The appearance of the participants was very optimal, as well as the clothes they wore were attractive. Even though the competition lasted quite a long time, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of the participants and spectators.
One of the judges also gave advice to the participants at the end of all participants’ performances. “From every singer, both male and female, I want to give a little input. First, singers need to memorize the lyrics so that nothing fatal happens. Both singers who sing quite emotionally can lose control of their notes. Mic techniques that singers have not yet fully used. “Singers also need to enjoy songs to appreciate them,” he said.
