This Bimtek lasts for three days, from 13 to 16 March 2022, and is attended by financial managers at the rectorate and faculty levels. This activity is devoted to financial management using the Agency Level Financial Application System (SAKTI). This system integrates all existing stake applications. Has the main function from planning, and implementation to budget accountability. In addition, SAKTI applies the concept single database.
This Bimtek is filled with directions from the Head of the Singaraja KPPN, Jordan. He conveyed that an understanding of the use of SAKTI is very important for financial managers. This is not only to maintain or improve achievements in the financial sector that have been successfully achieved. He stressed a number of things so that the use of SAKTI would run well. First, is the ability to use Information Technology (IT) by financial managers. Second, the role of each financial manager is carried out in an accountable manner. And third, there is certainty that the realization of the plan is in accordance with the target. In addition, it must also be supported by the availability of infrastructure facilities. “Because now we are mostly IT-based. Therefore, ICT infrastructure support is very decisive for the success of Undiksha as the first rank for NKA at the Ministry of Education and Culture,” he said.
