Singaraja- The Undiksha Student Republic Student Executive Board (BEM-REMA) again held Ganesha Leadership, on 15 June 2019. The activity which took place at the Undiksha General Seminar Building (GSU) was opened by Vice Chancellor III, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Suastra, M.Pd. It is hoped that this activity can improve the quality of students and lead them to become future leaders.
The former Undiksha Postgraduate Director also emphasized the importance of student involvement in organizations. From this, you can develop a disciplined attitude, build social communication, and, no less importantly, you can learn to be a leader. “In organizations, you can learn many things. “You can improve your quality,” he stressed.
It was also conveyed that students cannot be separated from improving the existence of the institution. Therefore, support is very necessary, one of which is by producing as many achievements as possible. “Student achievements have a big influence on institutional rankings. We ask students to be able to show that. “This is also important for yourself when you graduate,” he stressed.
Apart from being related to leadership, this activity also includes training on secretarial administration guidelines. This is intended to equalize the administrative structure of Ormawa in the Undiksha environment, especially regarding correspondence. This activity with participants from representatives of Ormawa Undiksha presented the speaker, Ni Made Emy Suryani.
Meanwhile, the President of BEM-REMA Undiksha, I Made Ginastra, said that the sharing was to provide direction to all Ormawa in preparing administration. “This training is to support the LAK Competition program, a series of activities for the upcoming Undiksha Anniversary and specifically to compete for medals in this event,” he said.
