Singaraja- Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) held a Workshop on preparing Employee Performance Targets or Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) for all State Civil Apparatus or Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), functional officials of middle and young experts in Undiksha, Thursday (10/11/2022).
The workshop, which took place at the Aneka Hotel, Lovina, was opened by the Head of the Undiksha General Affairs and Finance Bureau, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd. She, who represented the Rector, conveyed that the implementation of this workshop was a follow-up to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform or Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Sipil Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Permen PAN-RB) Number 6 of 2022 concerning Management of the Performance of State Civil Apparatus Employees which is a substitute for Permen PAN-RB Number 8 of 2021 concerning Management Systems civil servant. Several changes and differences exist between the PAN-RB Regulation Number 8 of 2021 and the PAN-RB Regulation number 6 of 2022. These include management scope, implementation and performance evaluation, work behaviour, and SKP format. “This activity was carried out due to changes in the current SKP preparation,” She said.
Through this workshop, Yasmiati hopes that ASN’s understanding can increase so that the preparation of SKP can be carried out properly and correctly, following the latest regulations. “This is because SKP is always changing so it needs to be updated according to the latest format available, so employees, in this case ASN, must understand that,” She said.
The preparation of SKP is very important for all ASNs as a form of performance accountability and evaluation material to perform better in the future. (hms)
