Singaraja- Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Effectiveness of Financial Performance in the SAKTI Application, Verification of PIPK Reports and Socialization of Undiksha’s Internal Financial, Inventory, and BMN Applications use in 2023 at Aneka Hotel, Lovina, Thursday (9/2/2023) to Saturday (11/2/2023).
This activity was opened by the Head of the General and Financial Bureau, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd., accompanied by the Head of AKPK Bureau, Drs. I Made Yasa, M.Pd. She conveyed that using the SAKTI application system in financial reporting can change anytime. Therefore, this FGD activity is essential to find out the changes in the system so that each related unit can understand it.
Furthermore, in its implementation, each section cannot work alone but must communicate and coordinate between units to minimize or anticipate the emergence of problems. The need for intelligence and accuracy is also emphasized in financial management and reporting. “So it is necessary to hold FGDs. Maybe there are things that need to be communicated because we are interrelated,” she said.
The bureau head explained, following the direction of the KPPN, that it is hoped that Undiksha can have budgeting scheduling and budgeting in the future. Each faculty and each unit should budget their activities every month so they can be realized following the DIPA program in planning. Thus, budget realization at Undiksha can be scheduled and integrated and not accumulated at the end of the year. Human resources in the relevant sections are expected to look at the existing system, including line item codes, so that no errors occur when inputting. Be smart to respond to the work strategies so that there are no delays in work that can cause problems in the future.
This FGD presented a resource person from KPPN Singaraja, namely Functional State Treasury Technical Supervisor Mahir, Ketut Putu Oki Murjana, S.E., and was attended by the Head of SPI and members, Junior Expert Functional Officials, Young Expert Functional Officials, Staff of the Finance and BMN Simak Subdivisions of the Rectorate, and Planning staff.
