UKM Keputrian Undiksha held a 2019 work meeting at the Undiksha General Seminar Building, on Sunday (17/03). This activity is routinely carried out every year to form new management of UKM Keputrian. The power of this Working Meeting was opened by the head of UKM Keputrian for the 2018/2019 term of service, Luh Putu Sunita Mahayani.
In her speech, Nadia revealed that the female UKM had at least more than 200 members, but only a few were active. In this meeting, at least 1/4 of the group members attended the Work Meeting. Even though the meeting was attended by 1/4 of the active members, the Working Meeting activities could run smoothly.
In discussing the work program, many members were not active. This was very unfortunate for the women members who were present because there were only those who were active in the real world. Then what about members who only use their names in the UKM group? This also happens in many other organizations.
“Hopefully, in the future, UKM Keputrian members will be more active in attending the activities carried out,” concluded Ni Ketut Nadia Kaswarina, as Chair of UKM Keputrian for the term of service (2018/2019). -Ayu Mita
