Singaraja- The University of Education Sports Coaching Study Program (PKO Undiksha Study Program) is one of the study programs that succeeded in obtaining a Collaboration Grant for the Curriculum and Implementation of Free Learning-Independent Campus (KSKI MBKM). In this regard, Tuesday (14/9/2021) a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) & KSKI MBKM Development Workshop was held to get improvements to the documents that had been prepared previously.
This activity which took place online involved all PKO teaching staff and stakeholders, such as the Education and Youth Service of Buleleng Regency, KONI of Buleleng Regency, Buleleng Regency Tourism Office, BKPSDM Buleleng, Pokmaswas Weighing, Negaroa Majapahit Soccer Academy, Vamos Academy Buleleng, Buleleng Volleyball Academy, Sea Eagle Denpasar Swimming Club, and PKO Study Program alumni. “Participants in this activity with a total of 31 people,” said the Chairman of KSKI MBKM PKO, Dr. Wasti Danardani, S.Pd., M.A.
He explained this activity is a space to accommodate input or suggestions on documents that have been prepared so that they are of higher quality and can fully support the program to be implemented. “With the involvement of these stakeholders, we hope the documents will get better. We really need input,” he added.
This activity was opened by the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Cooperation of Undiksha, Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I. He emphasized to the lecturers in the PKO Study Program to conduct a review of the curriculum that has been running and in this FGD emerged or produced guidelines that guide students in implementing MBKM. Apart from opening the activity, this academic from Badung Regency is also a resource person.
In the previous year, the PKO Undiksha study program had carried out several activities that were characterized by MBKM, such as offering elective courses in each curriculum, having an archipelago student exchange program (PERMATA), and apprenticeship/field work practice programs (PKL) in the Business World and the Industrial World ( DUDI), as in sports clubs in Bali. However, one of the differences in the MBKM program is that apprenticeship activities in the World of Business and Industry (DUDI) can be equivalent to several other courses. (rls)
