At the 26th Undiksha Anniversary, a Poco-Poco gymnastics competition was held on Monday, January 14, 2019. It took place in the Undiksha Auditorium and was attended by lecturers from the Undiksha environment. Both women and men take part in this competition. Before the winner of the gymnastics competition was announced, a judge gave several suggestions.
“Our results suggest that what needs to be considered as input for the future is first, the standard gymnastic movement of 2 steps to the right and left ending in a point. Second, it must be done at four identical corners, namely front, back, right, and left. Third, foot and hand coordination. Fourth, cohesiveness and formation. “In terms of progress, it has been extraordinary, the enthusiasm has been very good,” he said.
