The existence of Seka Truna Truni (STT) in a banjar dinas (village organization) represents a form of local wisdom that the youth in Bali must actively protect to preserve their traditions and the culture of the region where they live. Nowadays, STT is also entrusted with the responsibility of managing its own finances. However, STT financial managers often encounter difficulties when recording transactions, leading to discrepancies between the remaining balance and expenditures. This impacts the transparency of STT’s financial management, with financial reports still being done manually and only accessible to core management.
The issues caught the attention of students from Undiksha who formed a PKM-PM team, led by Ni Putu Ayu Swandewi with members Ni Putu Nirka Indriyani, Ismiatul Jannah, Putu Desi Ariesti, and Ni Komang Arya Winda Ningsih, under the guidance of their supervising lecturer, Drs. I Made Suarjana, M.Pd. This team conducted a training program on the Cash Book Application Based on Tri Hita Karana Local Wisdom, targeting the STT at Banjar Gili Mekar, Lembongan Village, Klungkung Regency.
The activity began with the preparation of media to introduce the cash book applications based on Tri Hita Karana, which included designing a guidebook for partners, creating questionnaires, purchasing the tools and materials for the program implementation, and establishing partnerships. The next phase involved socializing the training program on the use of the cash book application based on Tri Hita Karana to members of STT Yowana Gimka. Following this, the program proceeded with training, practice, and mentoring activities, conducted in 4 stages. An evaluation was then carried out to assess the proficiency of STT members in using the cash book application.
