Singaraja- Students of the Department of Law and Citizenship Undiksha successively make achievements. After the last one won first place in the Bali-wide debate competition, this time it emerged again in the call for paper accounting fair competition at Alauddin State Islamic University, Makassar on November 26, 2019. The team consisting of Luh Intan Purnama Dewi, Komang Putrayasa, and Putu Pipit Pricellia Eka Putri won the best paper.
Intan Purnama Dewi, the head of the team, said that her paper had the theme “Following the Flow of Capitalism or Reconstructing the Paradigm of a Prospective Accountant Based on Religion”. Admittedly, to get the best results, a lot of preparation must be done, starting from gathering material, especially those that are far related to the study program. In terms of time, it was also an obstacle, but it can be overcome. “Our paper abstracts are selected first. It turned out to be in the top ten to advance to the finals, “she explained.
To get this achievement, this team also had to face a team from a prestigious university. “We remain optimistic to be able to achieve the best,” she said. A sense of pride was of course inevitable from this team because it was their first step to write a scientific paper for the national level and immediately produced the expected results. “Of course proud. Because through this we can make the name of our alma mater proud. This is also our motivation to be able to take part in other competitions, “she added. (hms)
