Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) as an educational institution provides opportunities for the entire academic community to convey constructive suggestions and criticism of the institution. The aim is to make the institution better. As was done by the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (Penjaskesrek) Student Association (HMJ), Faculty of Sports and Health (FOK), Tuesday (26/2/2019).
The event which took place at the GOR FOK campus in Jinengdalem Village was entitled “A Day with the Penjakesrek Community”. Chairman of HMJ, I Wayan Wisma Pratama Putra, said that during this activity a number of things related to services on campus, supporting facilities and learning, especially at FOK, were presented. According to him, there are still things that need to be improved. “This is a way to convey aspirations to deans and lecturers. There are still things we think need to be improved. Like wifi, access is not optimal. “But in general, services on campus are running well,” he said.
It is hoped that this aspiration will be followed up immediately. This activity, he continued, is held once every year. “Sometimes there are also those who convey their aspirations directly to lecturers outside of this event,” he said. Meanwhile, the Dean of FOK, I Ketut Budaya Astra, S.Pd., M.Or., responded positively to this event. His party also emphasized that they are very open to suggestions related to improving the institution. “We are open to students and lecturers if they want to raise problems on campus,” he said. It was said that Undiksha, especially FOK, is trying to provide the best service possible for students. Likewise in the provision of supporting facilities and infrastructure for learning. (hms)
