This Bimtek is filled with directions from the Head of the Singaraja KPPN, Jordan. He conveyed that an understanding of the use of SAKTI is very important for financial managers. This is not only to maintain or improve achievements in the financial sector that have been successfully achieved. More than that, it is also to realize financial administration that can become an international class service. This is because the SAKTI benchmark uses world standards.
He stressed a number of things so that the use of SAKTI would run well. First, is the ability to use Information Technology (IT) by financial managers. Second, the role of each financial manager is carried out in an accountable manner. And third, there is certainty that the realization of the plan is in accordance with the target. In addition, it must also be supported by the availability of infrastructure facilities. “Because now we are mostly IT-based. Therefore, ICT infrastructure support is very decisive for the success of Undiksha as the first rank for NKA at the Ministry of Education and Culture,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Undiksha General Affairs and Finance Bureau, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati expressed a commitment to support the use of SAKTI. One of the ways of this support is by always ensuring the readiness of HR competencies. “This powerful application is a must, like it or not, whether we like it or not, we must follow it and we must manage human resources properly. Whether it’s ability, performance, or others, “she said.
This bureaucrat from Tabanan Regency emphasized that he would always monitor the use of SAKTI and conduct evaluations supported by assistance from the Singaraja KPPN. Through this strategic step, Undiksha is expected to be the best in Bali and also nationally, especially in the field of financial management.
