Singaraja- Affirmation students of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) consisting of Adik Papua and 3T students showed concern for the community through community service activities, Saturday (4/3/2023). This activity targeted residents in Alasangker Village, Buleleng Regency.
In this activity, students gave basic food assistance to several elderly residents. The assistance is expected to ease the economic burden. “The assistance we provide is not much. But we hope it can provide benefits,” said Affirmation Student Representative Nasri Wantik.
Furthermore, this service activity is a form of implementing the concept of pawongan, which is establishing good relations with others, one part of Tri Hita Karana. This philosophy is the basis for realizing Undiksha’s vision to become a leading university in Asia by 2045. In addition, this activity is also to introduce Affirmation students to the community. “This is also to commemorate Undiksha’s 30th Anniversary which took place in January 2023,” he concluded. (hms)
