Singaraja – The collaboration between Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) and the International Center of English Excellence (ICEE) has been going on for two years. The program in the framework of increasing the mastery of English for students and lecturers, by the Chancellor of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd., is expected to continue. I hope to continue. I said that earlier in the meeting,” he said.
Especially for the English Immersion Camp program, according to him, it is very good to implement it. This not only gives students an understanding of language skills. More than that, it is also for the introduction of culture between regions and between countries. “The coaches are also from six countries. From this, participants can find out the English accent. Because not all are the same, he said.
The program which ran for one week was attended by 49 students who were students from various study programs. The Chancellor of Jampel hopes that they can be an example for other students, so they can be motivated to take part in the next program. “At the beginning, we weren’t looking for a lot of participants. This is a pilot project. Furthermore, maybe it can be added, it could be two classes or around eighty people. In essence, this program is very positive, “he added.
