Referring to:
- Joint Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Minister of Religion, Minister of Health, and Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 01/KB/2022, Number 408 of 2022, Number HK.01.08/MENKES/1140/2022, and Number 420 -1026 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning During a PandemicCoronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19);
- Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Circular Letter Number 3 of 2022 concerning Implementation of Learning in Higher Education during the Pandemic PeriodCoronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Academic Year 2022/2023.
With this, the Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) stipulates the following matters.
- PREPARATION
- In the context of organizing learning in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, Undiksha will carry out Face to Face Learning(offline) for all degrees (D3, S1, S2, and S3) in order to fulfill the Learning Access to Subjects (CPMK);
- Students who will take part in PTM, if they are over 18 years old have received at least 3 vaccines, and if they are 18 years and under have received at least 2 vaccines;
- Lecturers who will carry out PTM, have received at least 3 vaccines;
- Each Faculty/Postgraduate is required to use the PeduliLindungi application in managing participants/visitors who enter or leave by showing proof of having received the vaccine according to the provisions or with the green category. - IMPLEMENTATION
- Lectures can be held in synchronous and/or asynchronous mode in either way hybrid learning, fully offline, or block system, according to CPMK;
- Practical lectures in the laboratory/workshop/studiomustcarried out offline (face-to-face meetings), arranged by each Faculty/Postgraduate/Study Program by implementing the Precautions and Prevention of the Spread of Covid-19 Protocol;
- Field lectures (PKL, Prakerin, PLP, KKN, and the like) are conducted offline by implementing health protocols and/or using other implementation methods that have been set out in the guidelines for each field lecture;
- Completion of student final work in the form of research in laboratories/workshops/studios, text/library studies, or other forms is carried out offline/offline and regulated by the Faculty/Postgraduate/Study Program/Unit related to the implementation of the Precautions Protocol and Prevention of the Spread of Covid-19;
- Lecturers are required to revise the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) and other tools, prepare lecture materials according to the learning outcomes of the predetermined courses and upload them to Undiksha’s e-Learning system and academic information system (SIAK or SIAKNG);
- Lecturers are required to fill out teaching agendas, attend every time they carry out lectures through the Academic Information System (SIAK or SIAKNG), and add evidence of the teaching and learning process (such as: screenshot virtual learning, discussions through e-learning, or other appropriate evidence) which will be uploaded and validated by the class coordinator;
- The teaching agenda (as stated in point 6), will be validated by the Study Program Coordinator periodically, namely: at the 4th, 8th, and 16th meetings;
- With conditions that are getting better, so that the implementation of research can be carried out in accordance with the required academic principles since the signing of this circular letter, the replacement of the final project/thesis/thesis with articles published in reputable international journals or accredited national journals or national journals is in accordance with point 5 in the Chancellor’s Circular Letter Number 1207/UN48.1/DL/2020 is declared no longer valid.
- If a confirmed positive case of Covid-19 is found, the Undiksha Covid-19 Handling Task Force is required to implement steps in accordance with the mechanism for handling Covid-19 case findings in tertiary institutions and report to the regional Covid-19 Handling Task Force;
- If a positive confirmed case of Covid-19 is found in the Undiksha environment, the PTM in the confirmed area will be temporarily suspended until conditions are safe.
- MONITORING
- Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of Teaching and Learning Activities are regulated by the Faculty/Postgraduate and can be carried out by the Quality Control Group in coordination with the Quality Assurance Center according to applicable procedures to ensure the quality of learning;
- The Undiksha Covid-19 Handling Task Force conducts regular monitoring and evaluation of PTM;
- Guidelines for organizing learning in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, which is an attachment to this letter, must be used as a guide for universities, faculties, postgraduates, departments/departments, and study programs in implementing learning, as well as a guide for the academic community in implementing the learning process;
- The implementation of this circular letter is coordinated by the heads of their respective work units with due observance of emergency conditions and safety and health standards;
- Faculties/Postgraduates are requested to adjust matters that have not been regulated in this circular according to their respective needs.
Thus this circular letter is conveyed so that it can be a concern for all Undiksha Lecturers and Students. This policy will be reviewed accordingly if the situation requires a review of this circular letter.
