The 8 km Undiksha men’s and women’s walk was held on Wednesday afternoon (9/1) by starting at the Undiksha central campus field. The marching contingent was released directly by the Chancellor of Undiksha, I Nyoman Jampel S.Pd, M.Pd.
Before the release, Jampel advised the participants to maintain traffic order which reflects Undiksha’s vision, “The 8 km road route through the city has clearly been arranged by the committee. But I hope we all also ensure that traffic is not disturbed by this activity. “So that the vision of Undiksha which is based on Tri Hita Karana remains adhered to,” he said. Then the participants were released to walk with a wave of the flag, a sign that the race had started.
Platoon after platoon crossed the starting line in uniform and festive attire. The activity went smoothly until the last platoon crossed the finish line. Following are the results of the walking champions. FOK managed to achieve a top ranking.
