Singaraja- The Student Association of the Department of Law and Citizenship at the Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) carried out a Reading Writing Playing (RWP) activity, Sunday (18/9/2022).
This activity is to build a sense of togetherness and develop character.
This activity carries the theme “Small Step For Big Action”, which means starting something with small steps towards action and having a big impact. This activity targets children at the Dana Punia Singaraja Orphanage located in the Banyuning Village.
The Chairperson of the Committee, Komang Martha Seniasti explained that the RWP activity was one of HMJ’s 2022 work programs. The form of activities carried out was in the form of handing over donations in the form of groceries, writing instruments, and wearable clothing to the foundation. In addition, there was the presentation of material regarding Genre (Planned Generation) delivered by Undiksha Genre Ambassador for 2021, Komang Citra Pratiwi. This activity is to provide additional education to the children of the Dana Punia Singaraja Orphanage, that it is important to plan for the future and avoid juvenile delinquency. In addition, there are games to entertain and train cooperation.
This activity was opened by the Head of the Undiksha Law and Citizenship Department, Dr. Dewa Gede Sudika Mangku, S.H., LL.M. He appreciated HMJ’s consistency in carrying out this social activity. He emphasized that this activity was not only a form of implementing higher education dharma in the form of community service but also to build students’ sensitivity to the conditions and social realities of society. “Through this, students can learn.
