Singaraja- The Postgraduate Program at the Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held a work meeting for the 2021 fiscal year, Tuesday (4/2/2020). In an effort to support the acceleration of realizing the university’s vision of becoming a superior university based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy in Asia in 2045, the 5R program was designed. “That includes governance reputation, academic reputation, input reputation, graduate reputation, and international reputation,” said the Postgraduate Director, Prof. Dr. I Gusti Putu Suharta, M.Sc.
Delivered further, the program is elaborated through academic activities in the form of curriculum development, e-journal development, development of tools and online learning guidelines (Online), and domestic and foreign cooperation in the field of Higher Education’s Tri Dharma. “Of course the general field activities in the form of developing a promotion system, strengthening governance, environmental management, and procurement of infrastructure facilities cannot be separated. This is also a serious concern,” he explained.
As an institution that plays a role in developing the quality of human resources, this year and before, the Undiksha Postgraduate Program has rolled out a series of programs related to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education concerning education and teaching, research, and community service. Through this strategic move, it is hoped that the postgraduate program will be more competitive and able to become a reference for Eastern Indonesia and nationally. “We certainly want the Postgraduate Program to be even better. The student body is increasing,” he added. (hms)
