This pathway consists of special interests and talents for the D-3 program whose registration has been open from 3 February to 9 April 2019. There is also a Computer Based Test (CBT) for the S-1 and D-3 routes. Registration takes place from June 16 to July 17, 2020. This route has an overall quota of 30 percent.
