Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) received a visit from Lumbung Mangkurat University, Wednesday (23/3/2022). The visit was part of a comparative study related to financial management.
The delegation from Lambung Mangkurat University was led by M. Rusliansyah, as BPP of General Administration of the Rectorate. His presence was received by the Head of the General Affairs and Finance Bureau of Undiksha, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd, accompanied by the Functional Officer Associate Expert in Finance, Putu Sudiarna, S.P., and staff.
On this occasion, Rusliansyah conveyed the financial management he wanted to learn from Undiksha, more specifically the use of the Agency Level Application System (SAKTI). A system that integrates all existing stake applications. Has the main function from planning, and implementation to budget accountability. “We are also grateful for our acceptance here with various questions that have been answered by the finance department,” he explained.
It was further stated that the choice of Undiksha as a place for sharing was also inseparable from the achievements in the financial sector in 2021. The largest campus in North Bali won first best in the Budget Performance Value (NKA) category of Public Service Agencies and third best in the Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP). He hopes that the results of this comparative study can strengthen financial governance at Lambung Mangkurat University. “The hope after participating in this sharing is that the knowledge we get here can be applied to us and more useful for us,” he continued.
Meanwhile, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati expressed her appreciation for this visit. He said Undiksha continues to optimize the use of SAKTI. This was previously supported by technical guidance to all financial management staff by inviting resource persons from the Singaraja State Treasury Services Office. “Technically, we share starting from the initial delivery method so that we can enter the system so that we can explain what we are doing at Undiksha and they can carry it out at Lambung Mangkurat University,” she said.
During this visit, the procedure for handing over finances was directly practiced through the SAKTI application system. This is to find out the obstacles faced so that further improvements can be made in accordance with the guidance from the KPPN.
Apart from Lambung Mangkurat University, previously there were a number of tertiary institutions that had comparative studies related to financial management to Undiksha. For the ranks of Undiksha, this is one of the spaces for exchanging information in order to improve the quality of each institution. (hms)
