Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) received a visit from Nusa Cendana University (Undana), on Wednesday (18/10/2023). This visit is in order sharing related to the system for preparing regulations and public services, implementation of organization and governance, as well and implementation of protocol regulations at Undiksha.
Undana’s presence was led by the Head of the General Section of the Faculty of Public Health, Yane Castrens AY, S.Pd., M.Pd. His presence was welcomed by Plt. Head of the Undiksha Finance and General Bureau Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd accompanied by related staff. At the meeting which took place in the Ganesha I Room of the Undiksha Rectorate Building, Yane Castrens expressed his presence at the largest campus in North Bali in order to share information related to public services. One of the information they got from Undiksha was the use of information technology in public services, such as correspondence and matters related to organizational management. It is hoped that this innovation can later be implemented at Undana in order to realize better, more effective, and more efficient performance.
Meanwhile, Plt. The head of the KU Undiksa Bureau, Yasmiati expressed her appreciation for choosing Undiksha as the destination for Undana’s visit. He said, as one of the Public Service Agency State Universities (PTN-BLU) which is currently in the process of becoming a Legal Entity PTN (BH), Undiksha is still continuing to improve and improve quality, especially in the field of public services. “We are still trying to improve the quality of university governance. “We’re still improving,” he said.
Through this meeting, it is hoped that the two universities will share important information as material for planning strategic steps in improving the quality of each institution and in contributing to improving the quality of education in Indonesia.
This meeting was also attended by the Head of the Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA ICT) and his team, Junior Analyst Functional Officers, Middle Functional Officers, First Analyst Functional Officers for Human Resources and their staff, and Undiksha Public Relations and protocol staff.
