Singaraja, December 10, 2024 – Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, and general Affairs at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha), Prof. Dr. I Wayan Artanayasa, S.Pd., M.Pd., emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work. tHis message was conveyed during his visit to the Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS) on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
During the meeting, Prof. Artanayasa stressed that excellent performance not only benefits individuals but also contributes significantly to Undiksha’s overall advancement. He expressed pride in the university;s growing national recognition, attributing these achievements to the collective hard work of faculty and staff. However, he also reminded them that continuous improvement is necessary, particularly in enhancing work performance and fostering a strong, harmonious work culture.
He encouraged all members of the university to embrace the “Harmony Pesaja” philosophy, a guiding principle introduced by rector Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, who promotes collaboration and unity in the workplace. According to Prof. Artanayasa, a conductive and productive work environment is essential for sustaining undiksha’s achievements and ensuring further progress.
Beyond performance expectations, he also encouraged faculty and staff to actively participate in various university-organized activities, reinforcing their engagement and commitment to institutional growth.
