Denpasar- A Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Performance Review of Ganesha University of Education for the Second Quarter of 2024, conducted by the Supervisory Board of Public Service Agency Financial Reporting (PK-BLU) on Thursday (27/7/2024). The event held at Harris Hotel, Kuta, Badung was opened by Prof. Dr. Wayan Artanayasa, M.Pd as Vice Rector of Undiksha, for Planning, Finance, General Affairs and accompanied by Prof. Dr. I Ketut Sudiana, M.Kes., as Vice rector for Student, Alumni and Public Relation Affairs.
Vice Rector of Undiksha, Prof. Artanayasa mentioned that since the first quarter 2024, Undiksha has been striving to enhance performance achievement, particularly in financial management and in relation with Key Performance Indicator (IKU) of the University. In the Second Quarter, general Undiksha performance showed positive results. Especially, regarding the Government Performance Accountability System (IKPA), Undiksha is in the top three for PTN-BLU institutions. Additionally, several indicators related to excellent service have been successfully implemented. Moving into the Third and Fourth Quarters or the Second Semester of 2024, efforts will be made to further enhance these achievements. The positive outcomes already achieved will be maintained and areas needing improvement will be optimized.
The Head of the Supervisory Board, Hamid Muhammad, M.Sc., Ph.D., expressed his appreciation of Undiksha’s effort to achieve better performance. This is in line with expectations from the Supervisory Board. He encouraged Undiksha to continue taking strategic steps to optimize performance in financial, academic, student affairs and other areas covered by the IKU. This FGD was attended by the Head of Bureau Head of Undiksha’s Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI), Supervisory Board members, and the Rector’s expert staff.
