Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) has initiated the preparation of a SKS (Semester Credit System) equivalency for student activities. This process began with a SKS Load Analysis workshop held on Friday, July 5, 2024.
The workshop, which took place at Sunari Hotel, Lovina, Buleleng, provided an opportunity for stakeholders and student activity coordinators at Undiksha to analyze the recognition of student participation in various activities in the form of SKS Load. The outcomes of this workshop are expected to increase student motivation to participate in extracurricular activities and foster a more supportive academic environment for students.
The event was attended by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Public Relations, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Sudiana, M.Kes., along with the Head of Academic and Student Affair Bureau, Dr. I Made Yasa, M.Pd., who officially opened the event. The Vice Deans III from different faculties at Undiksha also participated. The workshop’s attendees included coordinators of student activities such as SIMKATMAWA, PKM, LIDM, P2MW, PPK Ormawa, and GEMNASTIK, as well as competitions in business, finance, KDMI, NUDC, and the Indonesia Flying Robot Competition.
The keynote speaker for the workshop was Eko Sri Haryanto S.Sn., M.Sn., from Belmawa. On the second day, additional material was presented by the Vice Rector of Undiksha, Prof. Sudiana.
