Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) through the Personnel Department held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on improving the employee monitoring system and online attendance system, on Tuesday (22/1/2019). The activity that took place at UPT ICT was attended by the Head of Bureau, Head of Division, Head of Sub Division, and representatives of functional employees within Undiksha. Deputy Chancellor II Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., who opened the event asked all employees to improve the quality of their work in order to create a better institution.

It was further stated that performance reporting to superiors in the form of SKP must be carried out routinely and according to facts. It was emphasized that this year there will be no tolerance for violations. All reports were also submitted to the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpas-RB). “Those who don’t need remuneration, because they are already rich, must continue to work according to the system. “Later we can donate the proceeds,” he stressed.
Confirmation was also conveyed to contract workers. Starting in 2019, you will also receive remuneration and use a free fighting system. In the sense that the amount is in accordance with the performance achievements reported to superiors. “Now the Head of Subdivision must really monitor the performance of his subordinates. “Everything will be regulated by a system,” he added.
Speeding up bureaucratic processes, apart from relating to personnel, this university which already has a Faculty of Medicine is also implementing e-office which will be launched in the near future. “This is to speed up service. “Contract workers must also convey their performance through the system,” he said.
Head of Personnel Division of the General and Financial Bureau, I Made Karunia, conveyed that this FGD was to further strengthen personnel governance.
