Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held an employee assessment for two positions, namely administration (echelon IIIa) and supervisor (echelon IVa), on Monday (22/4/2019). Chairman of the Committee, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Suastra, M.Pd said that this assessment was attended by 99 participants. In the first stage, they have to take part in an administrative selection and continue with a group discussion. “From this, an assessment will be given by a special team,” he said.
It was further stated that this assessment is not only intended to recruit prospective officials to fill positions that are vacant this year due to transfers or retirement. But for the next few years. “We deal more with the technical aspects of job competency tests. “As for which positions are vacant, it will be handled by the Personnel Department,” he explained.
Head of Undiksha’s General and Financial Bureau, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H said that for this year, there is one echelon IIIa and one echelon IVa position that must be filled, because the previous official was promoted to a higher position. “From this assessment, we will find out who is worthy to fill in,” she said. It was also emphasized that the results of this assessment are valid for two years. “If there are vacant positions in 2020 and 2021, they will be filled by those who took part in this assessment,” she added.
