Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) Singaraja, Bali, fully supports local college students who are athletes to excel in national and international arena.
“We always provide full support, both moral and material, for our students who are local and provinces athletes,” said Rector of Undiksha, I Nyoman Jampel in Singaraja, Bali, Sunday.
According to him, Undiksha has often contributed in terms of achievements related to the presence of students who are athletes at the local campus. Athletes sometimes represent areas in various sport events and activities.
Jampel considered, it is appropriate for universities to provide space as much as possible for the students to develop themselves in their respective fields. Especially the Faculty of Sport and Health was encouraged to take part, to the international arena.
“Recently, we had outstanding achievements in the field of karate in international events in Batam, Riau Islands, also in the field of basketball and other types of martial arts,” said Jampel.
He said, Undiksha gives extraordinary appreciation to the students who won and got medal in the international level race. In addition, Undiksha always provides space to all students to spur themselves to participate in various races in regional, Asian, world level.
