Nizam, M.Sc., DIC., Ph.D. He who at the same time gave directions conveyed that the MBKM policy should become the concern of tertiary institutions, including the Postgraduates in it. The program is one of the efforts made by the government in order to produce superior Human Resources (HR) and optimize student potential. Through the experience gained, it is hoped that it will also create students who are ready for the world of work. “Through this, students not only master knowledge or theory but can and are ready to apply their knowledge and skills in the real world,” he explained.
In line with this, he continued that tertiary institutions, especially postgraduates, must ensure student education by developing their potential. “In the LPTK program, teachers are the key to the nation’s education. So it is necessary to ensure that the teachers produced by the LPTKs are truly the backbone for the birth of a superior generation whose potential is optimally developed, a generation full of confidence and competence that is competitive, innovative, and creative. As an indicator it really needs to be developed related to literacy, numeracy, and education itself,” he emphasized.
