Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) cooperates with the Penyang State Institute of Hinduism (IAHN-TP) Palangka Raya. The signing of the memorandum of understanding took place at the Undiksha Rectorate, Thursday (11/19/2020). This collaboration is related to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

I Made Yasa, Head of Planning and Cooperation, I Gusti Putu Anom Arimbawa, S.T, and Head of Cooperation, I Ketut Iwan Krisna, S.E. Meanwhile from IAHN-TP Palangka Raya, the Chancellor, Prof. Drs. I Ketut Subagiasta, M.Sc., D.Phil, accompanied by the Head of the General Administration, Academic and Finance Bureau, Dr. Drs. Ida Bagus Gede Subawa, M.Sc.
At the brief meeting, the Vice Chancellor of Undiksha, Rasben Dantes, said that in the midst of the independent learning and independent campus policies launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, collaboration between universities really needs to be done, in addition to the business and industrial sectors. “I hope we can continue to build this collaboration. Especially now that the government is enthusiastically motivating tertiary institutions to implement an independent learning policy and an independent campus,” he said.
According to the informatics engineering academic, another collaboration that can be forged is related to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education and teaching, research, and community service. Through this, it is expected to be able to build superior human resources to make the nation more competitive.
The Chancellor of IAHN-TP Palangka Raya, Subagiasta said that currently his party is boosting the quality of human resources, especially educators. It is hoped that this will be further collaborated with Undiksha. “Collaboration with Undiksha has actually been around for a long time. But first action-his. Now we are building it again with black and white,” he said.
Delivered further, currently, there are two lecturers who are pursuing doctoral education at Undiksha. “We continue to encourage lecturers to improve their educational qualifications. Now there are lectures here (Undiksha, red),” he said.
