Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) is committed to the success of the Free Learning-Free Campus Program (MBKM) launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. This is realized by the development of Curriculum Revitalization Guidelines. This was confirmed at the Workshop, on Monday (28/8/2023).
This workshop presented two speakers, namely Prof. Dr. Nyoman Dantes, and Prof. Dr. Dinn Wahyudi, M.A. The participants consisted of Deputy Deans I, Study Program Coordinators, Undiksha MBKM Curriculum Revitalization Team, and lecturer representatives.
Undiksha Deputy Chancellor for Academic and Cooperation Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes., S.T., M.T.I., who opened the event on behalf of the Chancellor said that the MBKM program provides opportunities for students to study outside their study program or off campus, both in internships, teaching assistance in educational units, research, and so on. Thus, it is hoped that later they will be more prepared to enter the world of work. Conceptually, the application of MBKM is very good too. Undiksha hopes that this program can run better and can provide complete competence to students. Therefore, efforts to improve quality continue to be made, including by preparing a relevant curriculum. “Curriculum is one of the things that must be considered so that later students can be given competencies that are really obtained, how do they have good interpersonal skills,” he said.
Seeing its very important essence, it is hoped that the MBKM Undiksha curriculum can be implemented simultaneously at all levels of education at Undiksha in 2024. (hms)
