Singaraja– Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) opened a Computer Based Test (CBT) independent pathway selection for new student admissions for the 2023/2024 academic year. Registration is open from 15 – 21 July 2023. It is hoped that this opportunity can be utilized by prospective students who have not had the opportunity to take part in the previous selection process.
This pathway is open for most D-III, D-IV, and S1 study programs. Study programs that were not open included the Medical Study Program, Nursing Study Program, Midwifery Study Program (S1), Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD), and Information Systems Study Program.
Undiksha Deputy Chancellor for Academic and Cooperation, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I, who represented the Chancellor, explained that the study program was opened for student admissions through the CBT independent pathway because it still has a capacity quota, which is for all study programs as many as 1,443 people. “From the remaining quota, it was decided that an independent pathway would be opened through a test, the Computer Based Test (CBT), whose registration starts from 15 July to 21 July 2023,” he explained, Friday (14/7/2023).
Registration is done online via https://penerimaan.undiksha.ac.id. Applicants for this pathway are intended for high school/vocational high school/se-degree graduates for the last five years and the selection will take place from 22-24 July 2023. Then on 24 July, skills selection will be held for certain study programs or those that indicate. The graduation of participants will be announced on July 25, 2023. “So from 2019-2023 you can register in several study programs that we open,” he said.
Delivered further, the selection of independent CBT pathways was carried out directly at the Undiksha Campus. Participants will take tests related to academic competence and field ability tests for participants who choose the social humanities (Soshum) field. If related to science and technology, they will take the science technology test (Saintek). In addition, there is also a mixed test for participants who choose Social Sciences and Sciences study programs. “When students register, they will be informed about the date of the test and the location of the exam. The exam location is on the Undiksha campus on Udayana and Ahmad Yani roads, Singaraja. Students must come directly to take the test,” he explained. (hms)
