Singaraja- Undiksha’s Information and Communication Technology Technical Implementation Unit (UPT ICT) continues to strengthen the system to support university performance. One of them relates to the support system in remuneration. The strengthening was carried out through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Thursday (10/12/2019). The event which took place at the Puri Saron Hotel, Buleleng invited the entire UPTTIK Team and the operational division of the e-Ganesha support system.
The activity was attended and opened by the Head of General Affairs and Finance Bureau, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H. He who represented the Chancellor revealed that Undiksha continued to develop the system as one of the strategies to support effective and efficient performance. This is one of them in the remuneration system. Currently, the system is considered to be good. However, it still needs to be strengthened and the direction is to be able to get an ISO certificate. “Of course what UPT ICT is holding is a positive thing in order to realize a better remuneration system,” she said.
Furthermore, this official from Tabanan Regency stated that apart from being related to remuneration, Undiksha also has another system. In this case, UPT-TIK is also expected to be increasingly able to contribute to strengthening and being more innovative. “This innovation needs to be carried out for various fields at Undiksha,” she added.
