Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) through the Institute for Quality Assurance and Learning Development (LMPPP) is holding Training to Improve Basic Instructional Techniques Skills phase III in 2023. This activity was opened, on Monday (28/8/2023) in the context of creating professional lecturers.
This year’s Pekerti implementation was attended by 41 young lecturers from eight faculties at Undiksha. Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Luh Putu Budi Yasmini, S.Pd., M.Sc explained that this year’s Pekerti was carried out completely offline. Unlike the previous year which was held online as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Chairman of LPMPP, Prof. Dr. Gede Sudirtha, M.Pd who represented the Chancellor said that through the Pekerti program, Undiksha is trying to increase the professionalism of lecturers in implementing the educational process. He emphasized that improving instructional skills for lecturers is very important because in teaching students are faced with various characteristics.
Through this opportunity, lecturers are also encouraged to become more skilled in the learning process, namely not only knowledge transfer, skill transfer, and technology transfer, but also value transfer. to students. Therefore, in the future lecturers are expected to always update learning materials in accordance with the times and technological developments.
This Pekerti activity will be carried out until September 3, 2023. Participants will receive various materials from instructors who are Undiksha lecturers. The activity will be closed with an outbound. (hms)
