Through this, character building can be done because it is placed in a boarding house. Because the Ministry of Education and Culture has changed learning outcomes, namely attitudes that are part of the main character. Therefore, how can new Undikha students in their first year live in the dormitory,” he said accompanied by the Deputy Chancellor for Planning, Finance, Administration and Human Resources, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd.
Delivered further, the construction of flats is also important to support the implementation of education and training as well as Teacher Professional Education (PPG) at Undiksha which takes place every year. “This is something that we really care about, therefore Undiksha is proposing more than one dormitory,” he said.

This flat is intended for students who come from underprivileged families so that their education continues. “This can streamline costs, so lodging in the form of a hostel is mandatory,” he said.
He explained the first stage of construction was carried out on the structure. As planned, construction will take three months. This is expected to run as expected. “Because of Covid-19, there has been a budget adjustment at the center. So that the construction of this flat is carried out in stages, “he added.
