Selection of Outstanding Students in 2019

With respect, based on a circular from the Directorate General of Education, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education regarding the 2019 Election of Outstanding Students (Pilmapres), we inform you to carry out the selection for the Presidential Election in your respective Faculties by paying attention to the following matters.

1. Selection is carried out by following the 2019 Pilmapres Guidelines for Undergraduate Programs and Pilmapres Guidelines for Diploma Programs which can be downloaded on the page:http://pilmapres.ristekdikti.go.id/
2. Each faculty only sends one first rank student for each undergraduate and diploma program to be required to take part in the selection at the Ganesha University of Education level.
3. Submit biodata on University level Pilmapres participants (form attached), 3 copies of scientific papers, 2 copies of summaries (not abstracts) of scientific papers written in English, and original physical evidence of superior achievements/abilities (10 best). Files are submitted to the Student Affairs Section of Ganesha Education University later than March 4, 2019.
4. The University level Pilmapres assessment was carried out on March 5-22 2019 for Instatics assessment by the Review Team and on March 28, 2019, for the assessment of superior dynamics and achievements.
