Singaraja- The Ganesha University of Education Laboratory School (Undiksha) is holding an Introduction to the School Environment (MPLS) for students for the 2023/2024 academic year. This activity was opened by the Deputy Chancellor for Student Affairs, Public Relations, and Undiksha Alumni, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Sudiana, M. Kes, Monday (10/7/2023).
The opening of MPLS was opened simultaneously for the Kindergarten to High School education level which was marked by a hanging name tag. This activity is expected to provide insight to students, both about the process of education and teaching, school facilities, and specifically get to know educators or teachers.
On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of Undiksha, Prof. I Ketut Sudiana said that the presence of new students at the Undiksha Laboratory school must get the best educational services. This is also a commitment from Undiksha as the protector of the school. Thus, students are expected to be able to achieve achievements and become successful generations in the future, both in continuing their education to higher levels of higher quality and entering more competitive schools. “The hope is of course with better service and extracurricular services in particular more so that all potential students can be maximized so that students have sufficient provisions for success in the future,” he said accompanied by the Chairperson of the Undiksha Laboratory School Foundation, Drs. In the 2023/2024 academic year according to Undiksha’s policy, there are restrictions for student body Undiksha Laboratory School. By reducing the ratio between students and teachers, it is hoped that school management and the learning process will be better. The intended learning is not only in the context of the classroom but also extracurricular.
In the future, the achievements achieved by the Undiksha Laboratory School are expected to be even better. In addition, schools that have been accredited A, have adequate infrastructure and have easy access can become reference schools for other schools. (hms)
