Singaraja- The Computer Based Written Examination (UTBK) as a stage of the Joint Selection to Enter State Universities (SBMPTN) for the 2019/2020 academic year took place again at the Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha), Saturday (27/4/2019). The fifth and sixth exam sessions generally went smoothly, in line with expectations.
Kadek Yota Exam Implementation Coordinator Ernanda A, S.Kom., M.T., Ph.D., explained that in the fifth session, this exam should be attended by 240 participants divided into nine rooms, spread across UPT ICT, Technical and Vocational Faculty (FTK), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Languages and Arts. Meanwhile, for the sixth session, 170 participants participated, divided into six rooms spread across UPT ICT, FTK, and FMIPA. It cannot be denied that there were participants who were not present. However, the number is very small. “This is for the selection of science and technology and social sciences. We are still recapping those who were not present. But there are not many of them. “It’s possible that they have already passed the SNMPTN,” he explained.
In general, the exam went smoothly and was closely monitored. Even though there were technical glitches, they were resolved quickly. “Only interrupted for a few minutes. It’s been resolved. This does not reduce the implementation of the test for participants. “Stay in accordance with the provisions,” he explained. Apart from this session, the exam will still take place several more times, most recently on May 26, 2019. “The exam will still be held on Saturday and Sunday. “The results will be announced ten days after the exam,” he said. The results obtained by participants will be used for SBMPTN registration which is scheduled for June 10 to 24. (hms)
