Singaraja- Faculty of Economics (FE) Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) released hundreds of prospective graduates in the Ganesha III Rectorate Room, on Wednesday (27/3/2019). They will graduate on March 29.
Based on data, the number of graduates was 175 people, consisting of 53 Bachelor of Management study programs, 101 Bachelor of Accounting study programs, 20 Economic Education study programs, and 1 D-3 Hospitality study program. Dean of FE, Prof. Dr., Naswan Suharsono, M, Pd said that after holding academic degrees, the young generation must continue to develop themselves and improve their quality so that they are more competitive. “We encourage continued efforts to improve one’s abilities. “With this, we will be better prepared to face competition, especially in the world of work,” he explained.
His party also encourages that after graduation, these graduates can take professional certification. This is considered very important to make it easier to enter the world of work. “This is what needs to be prepared. “With this, the space to enter the world of work is considered to be more prepared,” he said.
In the midst of increasingly tight job competition, steps to becoming an entrepreneur were also campaigned at the release. This is in line with the faculty’s vision. “We encourage graduates to not only be workers. “But it can be a job provider,” stressed Suharsono. As alumni, graduates from various regions are expected to give attention to the faculty, both in the form of ideas and constructive criticism. “Students, alumni, and lecturers are the pillars that will build Unidksha better in the future,” he added.
