Singaraja- Ten lecturers at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) received a Civil Servant Decree (SK-PNS), in the Ganesha I Rectorate Room, on Wednesday (22/5/2019). Those who teach in a number of study programs passed the 2017 CPNS.
Deputy Chancellor II Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., said that after receiving the decree, the lecturers must continue to improve their quality, including continuing their education to the doctoral level and taking part in building institutions. “I recommend that everyone continue with a doctoral degree and choose a university abroad according to their respective fields of science,” he stressed, accompanied by the Head of Undiksha’s General and Financial Bureau, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H.
As a lecturer, his hopes are not only to be a teacher. More important than that is being able to become a researcher in various fields, outside of your scientific discipline. “If you take research funded by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, that is normal. Create something extraordinary. “You can take on other research, including international ones,” he said, adding that as a lecturer you must also be a role model and inspiration. “You must be able to become a meaningful person for yourself and society,” added this academic from Bonyoh Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency.
