Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) launched a complaint system that is accessible to the public. The launch was carried out by the Inspector General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Dr. Chatarina Muliana, S.H., S.E., M.H., Thursday (21/9/2023). This complaint system is to support Undiksha as an accountable and transparent public body.
The complaint management information system called MissU (Undiksha issue management) is not just an innovation, but also a solution designed with a responsive display, making it easy to access, both from desktop devices to mobile devices.
With complete functions and continuous innovation, this system is expected to be able to manage complaints and requests for public information, so that it becomes one of the tools for strengthening supervision at Undiksha.
MissU’s services consist of requests for public information, filing objections to public information, whistleblowing systems for complaints of suspected criminal acts, and public service satisfaction surveys.
With MissU, requests sent will be handled quickly, professionally, and according to procedures, and is also equipped with a complaint tracking feature directly in the system.
MissU is directly integrated with PPID Undiksha services, as a form of commitment to fulfill the public’s need for information, in accordance with the mandate of Law (UU) Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Openness (KIP). The special page, ppid.undiksha.ac.id, displays a list of public information periodically and at any time.
Inspector General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Chatarina Muliana expressed his appreciation for the provision of a complaint system and other information services. This is considered not only as a form of Undiksha’s commitment to providing easy public access to information services but also to creating accountable and transparent public institutions. According to him, this complaint system is for the check and balance of all innovation programs.
Undiksha Chancellor, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd also emphasized that the existence of this complaint system is Undiksha’s commitment to providing the best service and open information to the public. “Let’s make Undiksha better through simple harmony,” he said. (hms)
