In connection with the payment of the 70% remuneration for semester 2 (July to December) in 2021 for PNS Education Personnel, as well as evaluating the performance of Education Personnel for PNS and Non-PNS at the Ganesha University of Education, we hereby convey the following:
- Civil Servants and NonPNS Education Personnel to realize the achievement target of 100% SKP for semester 2 target (July to December) 2021 and submit the achievement of the realization of the SKP target to their direct supervisor in the Monitoring Information System. The deadline for submitting and uploading physical evidence is December 10, 2021
- The direct superiors of PNS and non-PNS employees validate the performance achievements submitted by staff and provide SKP assessments and Performance Behavioral Assessments, up to December 17, 2021.
- PNS Education Personnel who do not carry out these matters in point 1, will have an impact on cutting the remuneration value of 70%, and the impact for Non-PNS Education Personnel is that it becomes a record of their direct superiors and also Leaders on performance and becomes a consideration for further Leaders in their continuation as NonPNS Education Personnel at Ganesha University of Education
