Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held a socialization of guidelines and mechanisms for uploading Lecturer Workload (BKD), Thursday (31/3/2022). This activity is a form of implementation of bureaucratic reform and digitalization of services which are the policies of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
The activities that took place online were filled with directions from the Deputy Chancellor for Planning, Administration, Finance, and Human Resources of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd. He, who represented the chancellor, conveyed this activity to provide understanding to all lecturers regarding uploading performance in an integrated system. “This is one of the translations of the national development vision and mission proclaimed by the President and our ministry translating it into the four pillars of reform, one of which is empowering human resources and digitizing services,” he said accompanied by the Head of the Undiksha General Affairs and Finance Bureau, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd.
Delivered further, in accordance with the deadline given by the Director of Resources of the Ministry of Education and Culture, uploading the performance of lecturers for the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year no later than April 30, 2022. It is hoped that this will become a common concern. Lasmawan emphasized the Chancellor’s message, that uploading performance to the system by each lecturer starting in 2022 is basically for orderly administration. The administration in question is performance administration, and financial administration, as outlined by the Menristekdikti. Do not let duplication occur in the practice of education services in Higher Education. “Because we like it or not we admit that performance calculations, especially for PTNs that are already Public Service Agencies (BLU) and legal entities, are directly proportional to the rupiah that must be paid by the state through state funds to its citizens, namely we are lecturers, one of them. So that later the remuneration calculation system that we will do is based on what has been calculated in the ministry’s system,” he said.
Supporting this policy, Undiksha through the Information and Communication Technology Technical Implementation Unit (UPT-TIK) has prepared a system that is integrated with the central system. This step is an effort to minimize the burden on lecturers. “The Chancellor wants reform, whatever the name, whatever form it takes, not to burden the lecturers, not to burden lecturers and he has ordered me and the ranks under him to develop a system that matches with the central system and we have done that,” added Lasmawan.
This socialization presented two speakers from Undiksha, namely Dr.I Wayan Widiana, M.Pd., with BKD guide material, and I Ketut Resika Artana, S.T., M.Kom with material on the BKD upload mechanism. (hms)
