Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Rapi, M.Pd was born in Bitera Village, Tabanan Regency, on August 30, 1963. She is the son of the couple I Wayan Gejer (late) and Ni Wayan Nyanteh (late).
This woman, who has been listed as a lecturer in the Physics Education Study Program since 1988, is the youngest of four siblings. Her older siblings are Ni Wayan Rengka, I Made Rena, and I Wayan Ardana.
In 1988, Ketut Rapi married a man from the same village, I Wayan Tangsi (late). From his marriage, she was blessed with 1 son, I Gde Suyadnya.
Ni Ketut Rapi’s childhood life was very simple. She took her Elementary School (SD) level education which she took at SD Negeri 1 Bitera. Middle school education at SMP Negeri 1 Gianyar in 1976-1979. And high school level at SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar in 1980-1982.
Then armed with the hope of realizing a better future, she continued her education at university by taking the Physics Education Study Program at the Faculty of Teaching and Education, Udayana University. In 2022-2005, she took her master’s degree at the Singaraja Teaching and Education Institute (IKIP) with a scholarship program. The doctoral level of education was taken at Jakarta State University in 2012-2014 with a study permit status. The entire educational process can run well and smoothly.
In pursuing her career, she was entrusted with the duties of Chair of the 2015-2017 Physics Education Department, 2018 Physics Study Program Coordinator, and 2019-2022 Secretary of the Integrated Laboratory. (hms)
