Vice Chancellor Prof. Suastra positively welcomed the presence of the team from Ruangguru which aims to recruit Undiksha graduates to become part of Ruangguru. “This is a positive thing because our graduates are sought after by users, stakeholders,” he said.
The Deputy Chancellor who once served as Director of Postgraduate Undiksha hopes that in the future UPT PKKM can continue to socialize activities like this so that graduates can get jobs more quickly which will also affect the Institution’s Main Performance Indicators (IKU). “We hope that later their activities will be present here, especially job fairs and every semester they will come here,” he continued.
Bali Nusa Tenggara Regional Lead Ruangguru Puguh Prasetyadi, S.IP who was accompanied by Talent acquisition HCCA, Maskuriza, S.Psi explained, his visit to Undiksha was in order to hold recruitment for Undiksha graduates through the STAR (Sales Trainee Academy by Ruangguru) program. “Through the STAR program where we will immediately recruit employees,” he explained.
Further stated, recruitment is open to all Undiksha graduates and those awaiting graduation from various majors or study programs who have good public speaking skills or communication skills. “If they are still in college, they can’t because the work will be contract/full time, so they can’t be studying while studying. Then the main thing is that communication must be good, “he said.
When asked about the reasons for choosing Undiksha, Puguh Prasetyadi said that many graduates had already joined Ruangguru and had proven abilities. “Quite a lot of our employees come from this campus and it’s been proven that some of those we’ve recruited have the soft skills we need, that’s why we decided to cooperate with this campus,” he said. In the future, he hopes that the collaboration can continue so that more can be done on campus hiring at Undiksha. (hms)
