Singaraja- Online-based Schooling Field Practice (PLPbD) for Ganesha University of Education students began on August 10 and ended on October 17, 2020. Undiksha Chancellor, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd., encouraged students from various study programs to create learning innovations. “In my opinion, this is something new, but it will be a trigger for students to gain experience in applying technology in learning,” he said, Thursday (6/8/2020).
These innovations, he continued, could be related to learning planning and evaluation implementation. This also needs to adjust to the conditions of each school and student. “Therefore, this needs to be prepared. How to plan, how to evaluate. This needs attention,” he explained.
On this occasion, the implementation of PLPbD was a form of anticipation for the Undiksha academic community and other people exposed to Covid-19, and as a form of implementing Ministry of Education and Culture policies. “To apply social distancing, then theoretical learning is carried out online,” said the Chancellor from Nusa Dua, Badung Regency.
He stressed, in this program, it is possible for students to do off-line learning for certain subjects. However, this must really prioritize the Covid-19 prevention protocol and be in the green zone. “I don’t want any students or students to get sick,” he said. (hms)
