Singaraja- The students of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) have made achievements one after another. This time by Nathasya Imanuella. The student from Chemistry Education Study Program won first place of Chemistry competition of National Mathematics and Natural Sciences Competition of Educational Personnel Education Institutions (KNMIPA-LPTK) 2021 hosted by the State University of Surabaya.
The competition which was held on August 14th, Nathasya as she is known, had to compete with 354 students from 12 universities. Her participation in this competition was to measure his ability in the field of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, especially in the field of chemistry. “This event is to foster competitiveness among students. I gain insight into scientific thinking from here,” she said, Monday (23/8/2021).
The student who was born on May 23rd, already has an interest to join on KNMIPA since she became a new student. The proud achievement that she has achieved was expected to be able to make Undiksha proud and to motivate other students to study harder and participate in this event. “I express my gratitude to my supervisor and also the Undiksha leaders who have supported me to participate in this competition,” she added.
Vice Rector of Student Affairs, Alumni, and Public Relations of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Suastra, M.Pd., expressed his appreciation for this achievement. “We appreciate and we are proud for the achievements of the students,” he said. He also invited Undiksha students to always be enthusiastic about working despite the Covid-19 pandemic. (hms)
