Kuta– Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) is preparing to welcome the performance exam (Ukin) and Student Competency Exam (UKM) for In-service Teacher Professional Education (PPG-Daljab) in 2024. To strengthen its implementation, a coordination meeting was held which took place at the Harris Hotel, Kuta, Badung from 16 to 18 February 2024.
The meeting, which was attended by the committee and class admin, was attended by the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau, Undiksha, Drs. I Made Yasa, M.Pd., and Plt. Head of General and Financial Bureau Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd.
PPG Undiksha Coordinator, Drs. I Gede Nurjaya, M.Pd., said that according to schedule, the 2024 Ukin PPG Daljab was held from 11 to 16 March 2024 with a total of 1,146 participants. Meanwhile, UKM PPG will be held on 9 and 10 February 2024, which will be attended by 3,040 participants. Both exams take place based on domicile. Participants take part from their respective areas of origin or places that are accessible to the Internet network. This exam needs to be prepared carefully, including anticipating steps for problems that could potentially arise, especially since the implementation of the UKM PPG will coincide with the Kuningan and Pengerupukan Nyepi holidays. “The schedule cannot be changed because it has been determined by the center, so it is hoped that the class admins who will be supervisors in UKM PPG are willing to be on duty at that time,” he explained.
Apart from that, the fulfillment of these examiners will be one of the focuses of analysis by the PPG Undiksha Organizing Committee. Therefore, tester deployment must be completed immediately.
It is hoped that this exam will receive support from the participants and the entire committee so that it will run well and smoothly. Strengthening understanding and mastery of information technology is also very important for participants. (hms)
