Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) has strengthened its understanding of goods and services procurement through a focused group discussion (FGD) held at the Sunari Hotel, Lovina, Buleleng, on Thursday, September 5, 2024.
This event involved the Commitment Making Officers (PPK) procurement staff, finance, general, and planning departments, with PPK from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Irvan Yuliastono, as speaker.
The Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, and General, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Artanayasa, S.Pd., M.Pd., emphasized the importance of enhancing knowledge regarding goods and services procurement, as it is closely tied to the Undiksha’s operations and activities, such as building construction and infrastructure procurement. He noted that procurement is highly regulated, making it essential to understand these regulations to avoid future issues.
Through this FGD, it is expected that the procurement process at Undiksha will become more optimized, with improvements in transparency and accountability.
The speaker, Irvan Yuliastono, discussed practical aspects of goods and services procurement and relevant regulations. He also emphasized the importance of good coordination between the PPK and other related departments.
